IGCSE Course
Outline
The IGCSE English course at Patana is actually a
combination of two separate courses: the Edexcel
IGCSE Language course and the Edexcel IGCSE
Literature course. Both courses are taught together in English lessons as the
skills and content overlap and so you as students may not notice when you are
doing a literature task and when you are doing a language task. However, at the
end of the two years you will sit two separate English exams (one in literature
and one in language) and you will receive two separate grades, one for each
subject.
